Functions, meetings and seminars
The Douglas Cook Library is an excellent venue for seminars, group meetings, management training, business meetings and smaller social functions with a relaxing atmosphere. The Douglas Cook Library French doors open onto a tranquil paved garden courtyard which is a perfect setting for evening meals, lunches or morning/afternoon teas catered by the Friends of Eastwoodhill (see Friends of Eastwoodhill page for information).

Architecturally designed windows allow views into the Homestead Gardens - officially recognized Garden of National significance.
Please Note: Cellphones do not work at Eastwoodhill Arboretum due to the surrounding hills
Live-in workshops
Eastwoodhill Arboretum and the Douglas Cook Centre provide an ideal environment for art and craft groups, study groups, inspirational groups, walking groups or groups of friends just after some quality time together.
Maximum numbers for all bookings
A maximum of 60 people (including children) for all functions.

Tariff
Douglas Cook Centre full-day – $175
Douglas Cook Centre half-day or evening – $100
This includes use of the library, kitchen, bathroom and common room facilities.
Entrance fee to the Arboretum is not applicable for guests.
