Mobility Access
Eastwoodhill Arboretum caters for all levels of fitness and mobility, both young and the young at heart.
Due to the terrain at Eastwoodhill Arboretum some tracks are unsuitable. A limited mobility trail is signposted around the Homestead Gardens and arboretum. This trail has been designed to allow access to the more level areas of the arboretum, keeping in mind the needs of individual visitors.
To assist visitors who are unable to walk too far, Eastwoodhill Arboretum offers the following services:
Mobility scooter
Available at the Visitor Centre – free of charge.
The Scooter is maneuvered with easy grip handles. Only one lever for ease of operation for go forward or go backwards. When the handle is released the scooter stops.
Visitor Centre staff will explain and demonstrate use of the mobility scooter to assist with confidence and ease of use for each individual visitor. We call this our EASY PEASY SCOOTER!

Strictly for use on the mobility sign posted track only.
Wheelchair
