Eastwoodhill offers a number of spaces to book for events. The perfect place for family reunions, weddings, staff team building, educational field trips, conferences, retreats and so much more.
With indoor and outdoor spaces available, you’ll find the space that works perfectly for your function. The Library, The courtyard, The Pavillion, A Boardroom and a fully equipped commercial kitchen are available to book online. Many outdoor areas are available also, get in touch if you would like to explore these options and if you require a marquee or access to power. With onsite accommodation available, Eastwoodhill is the ideal pace for wellness and yoga retreats and even small outdoor performances.

  • All guided tours must be booked at least 2 days in advance.
  • Guided tours run between 10am-3pm daily. Tours outside of these times can be arranged through a special request.
  • Please wear comfortable walking shoes and weather appropriate attire.
  • Complimentary admission for one group leader or tour manager, and the motor coach driver.
  • Gourmet box lunches, buffet lunch or tea at the Douglas Cook Centre available on request (additional costs apply).

Three easy ways to pay for entry

Thanks for supporting Eastwoodhill by paying for your entry. Look for the sign on the outside of the Visitor Centre, then pick whichever option suits you.

Park 9am to 4pm daily
Visitor Centre 10am to 2pm this weekend

Arriving outside those hours? No one will be at the desk, so use one of the options below.

  • Scan the QR code

    Pay online through our payment system. The code is on the sign.

  • Cash in the honesty box

    It sits next to the Visitor Centre door. Check the admission prices before you set off so you can bring exact notes.

  • Bank transfer

    Bank details are on the honesty box. Take a photo if you are not getting service.
